Are you with an supplier you didn’t choose?

Many energy suppliers have gone bust over the last year which has meant a lot of customers have been automatically transferred to a new energy supplier that they didn’t choose…

If this is you and you don’t like your new supplier, what can you do? Normally you could easily compare new suppliers and tariffs and switch. But given there is a lack of cheap tariffs at the moment, and it’s cheaper to stay put on the default price cap, what can you do?

In short, wait. It’s best to get the price cap protection, even though the price cap is going to go up and will cost us all more money. We do hope that there may be some cheaper prices that start to return to the market in or about April, but it is a wait and see. In the meantime, you can save money in other ways, such as via our Beat the Price Cap promotion.

Otherwise, the best thing to do is to create an account with us and we will automatically alert you whenever there is a cheaper deal available to you to switch to. Unlike other services, our recommendations are based on your actual usage and meter type because we are connected to industry data in order to provide you with a better service. So you can trust a recommendation from us.

If you really hate who you’re with and are prepared to pay more to shift away, get in touch and we can help you.
