You can earn cash paid directly into your bank account by using less energy. This is not only about saving money by using less (and you only pay for what you use), but we are paying you cash on top of that saving.

Why?

If you use less energy than what your energy supplier has predicted, this has saved them from super expensive wholesale market prices. Plus, you have reduced carbon, as well as energy. Carbon avoidance also carries a financial value.

When we pay you cash, we are recognising these 2 financial benefits that you have created.

How much can you earn?

We estimate the value of your participation in this should be on average £270 per year. That breaks down as £40 cash that we pay you and £230 that you save off your energy bills. We expect to increase that £40 over time.

But that assumes you only reduce your energy use by 10%. You may find you can reduce it by more.

Other ways to earn cash

We also run referral programmes from time to time. If you create an account with us, you will be automatically notified when we run these again. Previously we have offered people £20 for every household they refer and up to £1,000 for every business they refer. There is no cap on how much cash you can earn.
